Andrew Needle

Andrew Needle, from the Law Offices of Needle & Ellenberg, P.A., is a well-respected lawyer in the fields of personal injury law, medical malpractice, and wrongful death law. He lectures regularly, and is a published author in his field. Mr. Needle graduated with honors from Cornell University and the University of Miami, cum laude in 1977. He has been practicing law ever since, and has made it a professional goal to make a difference in the lives of others through his practice. 

Mr. Needle has been recognized in many different law journals and magazines, and was recognized in Florida Trend Magazine as among Florida’s Elite lawyers and was picked to be included in The Best Lawyers in America®, 2007-2018 for medical malpractice law and personal injury law. 

Finally, Andrew Needle is a successful lawyer, but he also is an author and lecturer in his field. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with other lawyers so that they can all make a difference in the personal injury law field. He is currently a member of the Miami chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is a trial organization that was created to help preserve the civil justice system. Admission to this organization is based upon peer recognition and experience. Mr. Needle is well-respected in his field and has helped influence some of the South Florida trial rules that are in place. 

For the rest of his career as a lawyer, Mr. Needle wants to be able to keep sharing his knowledge of personal injury law with others and making a positive impact on others. He will continue to fight for his clients’ rights, and keep pushing the boundaries of personal injury law and medical malpractice to make a safer world for everyone to live in.
