Adam Rosen
Adam Rosen, partner at Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen, P.C., has had an extensive career in workers’ compensation law. He got his start after graduating from Hofstra Law School in 1995 and quickly worked his way up to a partner in the firm by 2000. Adam genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see them get the compensation they deserve. He is passionate about helping others and holding companies accountable for their actions that affect employees. Because of this, he volunteers by speaking at union meetings, as well as to workers at local churches and community centers to explain to them what their rights are. Adam works closely with all of his clients no matter how big or small the case is.
Adam is now trying to make a difference for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. He believes that there need to be laws in place that protect workers and is working to educate both the Bar and his clients in regards to cases that occurred during this time. Adam is currently a very active member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and is the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. He gives his time to workers’ comp law in order to make a difference in the lives of others. Adam plans to continue working in this field and hopes to be able to change the laws to make a better and safer work environment for employees everywhere.
Finally, even though Adam is a partner at the firm, he still works closely with his clients. He spends weeknights in both the Brooklyn and the Bronx offices and works directly with his clients to address any concerns they may have about their workers’ compensation cases. Adam enjoys this part of his job and plans to continue to work to help everyone he can with their claims.
